BELGIUM (HQ) – On the initiative and under the guidance of our sporty colleague, Hilde Dosogne, we can work on our core stability for half an hour every Monday and Friday afternoon. The exercises strengthen the abdominal, back and thigh muscles, which not only ensures a better posture during the working day, but also prevents injuries to, for example, runners.

Core stability assumes that the muscles in your trunk are the basis of almost all movements of the body. Strengthening this base therefore ensures better balance / stabilization and efficient power transfer during sports performances.
