Objective
This CIP course is designed to help your employees understand the workings of a CIP set.
Programme
- The different types of CIP Set and their various control systems
- CIP design, standard equipment and operation to ensure smooth, repeatable running and compliance with various quality standards, including BRC
- What to do in case of aborted cleans
- The typical cleaning and disinfection agents used on CIP Sets, together with their composition, correct and safe use
- Additional considerations and key requirements for both tank and pipework cleaning, inclusive of sample points, flexible hoses and swing bend panels

This is a one day course.
Location
The training will be delivered Via Microsoft Teams or at our Training Academy in Warrington.
