Warrington based detergent manufacturer Klenzan Ltd acquire T.J. & S. Jenkinson

On 28^th November 2014 Klenzan Ltd, one of the U.K.’s leading providers of hygiene solutions to the food and dairy industries acquired the Trade and Assets of T.J. & S. Jenkinson Ltd who also supply hygiene services and have a strong focus in the Bakery Industry. Both companies have been established for more than 25 years and have a proven track record for delivering a first class service to their customers.

This is a strategic acquisition for Klenzan Ltd (who are in partnership with the Christeyns Group worldwide).  Klenzan Ltd are delighted to have the opportunity to add their expertise in this food sector and work with Jenkinson’s as there is great synergy between the two companies with products, technical knowledge, operations and distribution.  John Bell, Managing Director at Klenzan explained: Developing our presence in the food hygiene industry is a key strategic focus and we are excited about working with the Jenkinson team to grow the business further and enhance our current operations. Jenkinson’s has a working ethos very similar to Klenzan’s and offers a sound fit with regards to future market expansion.
