Christeyns UK wins Health and Wellbeing Award

A team from Christeyns UK attended the Bradford Means Business Awards in July after being nominated for the Health and Wellbeing award and the Employer of the Year award, and Bradley Jones, Business Administration Apprentice, being nominated for the Apprentice of the Year award.

We are proud to announce that we won the Health and Wellbeing Award after being recognised for the steps we have taken to create an environment where our employees can succeed and our commitment to the health and wellbeing of our workforce.

HR Manager Sarah Stringer said:

“We are absolutely thrilled to receive recognition for our unwavering commitment towards employee health and well-being. It’s particularly gratifying to see a manufacturing business like ours being acknowledged in this domain. At our core, we deeply understand the true value of our greatest asset: our employees.

It brings me immense joy to see how prioritising their health and well-being in our strategy and approach has resulted in a significant positive impact.”

She added: “Creating a motivating and inspiring working environment has been a collective conscious effort. Our dedicated Well-being Champions, Community Ambassadors, and Sports and Social team, all of whom are volunteers and employees themselves, have played a vital role in supporting our health and safety and HR teams to build and implement our approach.

Their contributions have helped shape a culture where every individual feels valued, supported, and purposeful.”
