Christeyns UK sponsor local U14 girls football team

Christeyns UK are proud to have recently sponsored the Lightnings Under-14 Girls Team at Todmorden Junior Football Club, providing funding for new training tops and jackets to help keep players warm, comfortable and match-ready throughout the season.

This sponsorship has ensured every player has the right kit for training and matchdays and helped reduce costs for families, while also creating a stronger sense of team spirit, pride and identity. Grassroots football plays a vital role in helping young people develop confidence, teamwork, discipline and healthy lifestyles, and we’re delighted to support an initiative that makes such a positive difference in our local community.

The feedback from players, coaches and parents has been fantastic, with the new kit helping the team look and feel united both on and off the pitch.

“The girls love their new kit. It’s made them feel like a proper team, and they wear it with pride every week.” – Matthew Fairless, Assistant Manager

We’re proud to play a small part in supporting the next generation and wish the team every success for the season ahead! 💙⚽
