KLENZAN awarded ISO9001 certification

After several years operating and improving its Quality Management System (QMS) independently, Klenzan Limited were awarded third party accreditation to the ‘world-wide’ quality standard BS EN ISO 9001:2008 in December 2011 by Systems and Services Certification, SGS United Kingdom Limited. This was to done in order to provide a tangible and independent reassurance of the whole company commitment of Klenzan to quality, continuous improvement and to customer satisfaction.

The certificate – GB11/84608 – is valid for three years but this is of course subject to satisfactory annual surveillance audits to ensure that the QMS is being fully used and is leading the company through its inevitable business developments and changes.
