Christeyns Food Hygiene Management Course – First successful delegates

As the management of hygiene in the food, beverage and dairy industries becomes an increasingly technical and complex activity the training and development of staff requires a flexible and experienced approach as opposed to a “one size fits all”.  To meet these needs Christeyns Food Hygiene have created a unique award which can be tailored by the individual to suit their own business sector and requirements.

Based on a series of core and optional training, delegates can choose the perfect mix of modules to build their own relevant, functional and tailored hygiene management award all accredited by the CPD Accreditation Service and delivered by the experts at Christeyns Food Hygiene.

The modular make-up consists of: –

The award is made up of the compulsory units combined with at least one of the optional add-on units (with additional units being charged at a highly competitive rate) thereby providing the delegate with a qualification relevant to their industry sector.

Specialist FMCG Freshpak Chilled Foods in Barnsley have invested in their front-line hygiene management team to enable them to become the first delegates to achieve this award.  Freshpak is one of Britain’s leading chilled food manufacturers. Based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, they make a huge range of sandwich fillings, dips, vegetable and fish pates, mayonnaise and egg products for food service, retail and food manufacturers.

Shown here are Liz Allen and Nathan Key receiving their certificates from Christeyns Food Hygiene’s Technical Director, Peter Littleton, who commented “we are extremely proud to present Liz and Nathan with their award as they both showed commitment and dedication to each of the component elements of the course and a real desire to continue to develop and support a food safety culture within Freshpak ensuring the safety, integrity and quality of the products produced.  The flexible nature of this award means that hygiene professionals can now create an award specific to their own business needs”

The cost is set at £995 + vat for the award and dates are set throughout 2018 enabling prospective delegates to simply hop on and off the training at a time to suit their diaries and availability with no set time limit to complete the five modules needed to gain the over-arching award (individual courses will also be awarded individual certificates). Should delegates wish to add additional optional units then these will be available at a reduced rate.
