Marketing Manager – Life Sciences and Medical Care

Job Description:

Operating mainly from home office, you will join Christeyns’ Corporate Marketing team and play a key role in the successful roll-out of this exciting Life Science and Medical Care activity. It will be your responsibility to:

  • Build up knowledge about the market, our (potential) customers and their wishes in the different local countries.
  • Define, in coherence with our vision and strategy, a coherent marketing plan to build the Christeyns brand internationally.
  • Support the business team with the right marketing actions and tools in line with the group corporate identity.
  • Develop & distribute good quality content via various communication channels, including our website and social media channels, for optimal brand awareness.
  • Develop targeted international marketing campaigns via LinkedIn / HubSpot and coordinate their roll-out in the local countries for the purpose of lead generation.
  • Deliver a global documentation format for this highly regulated business, in close cooperation with our Regulatory Department.
  • Organize customer events such as congresses and webinars.
  • Follow up the product development /article creation process with the various producing companies.
  • You will be supported by a team of experienced business experts who will help you understand the needs from the market.
  • The function requires regular travelling to head office (Belgium) and to the various markets where the Life Science and/or Medical Care activities will be started up.
  • You will report directly to the Corporate Marketing Manager (Belgium) and work in close collaboration with the Business Unit Director Life Sciences / Medical Care and his international business team.


Expected skills:

  • Marketing degree, ideally with an additional scientifical degree (or vice versa).
  • A first experience required in the cosmetics, pharma, or similar business.
  • Proficient in English and additional languages. Knowledge of French is an asset.
  • Experience with digital marketing is a must.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and HubSpot marketing automation is also an asset.
