En almindelig udfordring for produktionslinjer i kosmetik- og personlig plejeindustrien er dog rouging, som kan have en betydelig indvirkning p\u00e5 b\u00e5de produktkvalitet og udstyrets integritet.<\/p>\n<p>Rouging er et overfladeoxidationsf\u00e6nomen, der opst\u00e5r efter en forstyrrelse af det passive lag af rustfrit st\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<p>Men hvordan ser det pr\u00e6cist ud, og hvorfor opst\u00e5r det?<\/p>\n<p>Rouging kan forekomme selv under optimale driftsforhold. Det skal skelnes fra konventionel korrosion. Det er en naturlig oxidationsproces, der kan p\u00e5virkes af h\u00f8je temperaturer, tilstedev\u00e6relsen af \u200b\u200bet st\u00e6rkt oxidationsmiddel og \u00e6tsende vand.<\/p>\n<h4>Der er 3 forskellige typer rouging:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>KLASSE I ROUGING &#8211; MIGRATERENDE<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Oxidaflejringen er overvejende r\u00f8d. Den har et pulveragtigt\/pulverformet udseende. De partikler, der genereres opstr\u00f8ms, oxideres og aflejres igen p\u00e5 overfladerne (rustfrit st\u00e5l, filter&#8230;). Det rustfri st\u00e5l under aflejringen nedbrydes ikke.
