Toch is roestvorming een veelvoorkomende uitdaging voor productielijnen in de cosmetica- en persoonlijke verzorgingsindustrie. Dit kan namelijk een grote impact hebben op zowel de productkwaliteit als de integriteit van de apparatuur.<\/p>\n<p>Roestvorming is een oppervlakte-oxidatieverschijnsel dat optreedt na een verstoring van de passieve laag van roestvast staal.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"690\" data-end=\"749\">Maar hoe ziet dit er precies uit en waarom gebeurt dit?<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"690\" data-end=\"749\">Zelfs onder optimale omstandigheden in de productie kan roestvorming optreden. Het is een natuurlijk oxidatieproces dat be\u00efnvloed kan worden door hoge temperaturen, de aanwezigheid van een sterk oxiderend middel en corrosief water.<\/p>\n<h4>Er zijn 3 verschillende types roestvorming:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>KLASSE I ROESTVORMING &#8211; MIGREREND<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Het oxideafzetting is overwegend rood en heeft een poederachtig\/pulverulent uiterlijk. Deeltjes (upstream) zijn geoxideerd en neergeslagen op oppervlakken (roestvast staal, filters, enz.). Het roestvast staal onder de afzetting is niet aangetast. In dit geval kan de afzetting worden verwijderd door te vegen (test met witte doek).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>KLASSE II ROESTVORMING &#8211; NIET-MIGREREND<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dit type roestvorming komt overeen met een degradatie van de passieve laag en een diepere oxidatie van het roestvast staal. De oorspronkelijke passieve laag is vervangen door een oppervlaktelaag van rood ijzeroxide (hematiet Fe\u2082O\u2083).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>KLASSE III ROESTVORMING &#8211; NIET-MIGREREND<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dit is een type roestvorming komt overeen met een degradatie van de passieve laag en oxidatie van het roestvast staal. In dit geval hebben de ijzeroxiden een zwarte kleur met een matte of glanzende uitstraling (magnetiet Fe\u2083O\u2084).<\/p>\n<p>Zowel klasse II en III kunnen <strong>alleen worden verwijderd met een specifieke chemische behandeling.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>Waarom moet de cosmetica-industrie zich zorgen maken over roestvorming?<\/h4>\n<p>In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.christeyns.com\/be-nl\/?p=115442\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">de cosmetische productie<\/a>, waar netheid en productintegriteit cruciaal zijn, brengt roestvorming aanzienlijke risico\u2019s met zich mee om de volgende redenen:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong data-start=\"2349\" data-end=\"2385\">Hygi\u00ebne van apparatuur behouden:<\/strong> Zichtbare degradatievlekken roepen vragen op over de hygi\u00ebne- en onderhoudsnormen en de structurele integriteit van de apparatuur.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong data-start=\"2521\" data-end=\"2551\">Particulaire contaminatie:<\/strong> Losgeraakte roestdeeltjes kunnen producten verontreinigen, wat kan leiden tot veiligheids- en kwaliteitsproblemen.<\/p>\n<p>Door deze factoren kan roestvorming leiden tot reputatierisico\u2019s: door afbreuk te doen aan de productienormen, kan het de merknaam en het consumentenvertrouwen aantasten.<\/p>\n<h4>Preventie- en mitigatiestrategie\u00ebn<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"2881\" data-end=\"3477\">Inzicht in de oorzaken en gevolgen van roestvorming is erg belangrijk om de integriteit van roestvaststalen apparatuur in de cosmetische productie te waarborgen.
