Soap Noodles and Flakes
Similar to the soap powders and needles, Christeyns uses a continuous saponification
process for the production of soap noodles and flakes. All parameters such as fatty
acid composition, water content and alkalinity are controlled online and continually
adjusted. Also here the fatty acids are neutralised with sodium hydroxide.
Applications:
Basic ingredient of toilet and cosmetic soap
Lubricant for steel wire production
Cleaner for natural and wooden floors
Active ingredient of detergents
