Our operations include development, production, sales, distribution and support services. Some sectors demand a very high level of after-sales service and comprehensive support.

It is imperative that our systems are developed in such a way that we maintain and improve our current level of quality.

Christeyns’ objective is to use the quality management system as a management tool to improve corporate operations and evaluate its efficacy by implementing a quality management system that meets or exceeds the ISO 9001:2008 requirements.

Christeyns’ Management is committed to maintaining a quality management system that will enable us to improve our competitive position. The customer is of prime importance. For this reason, Christeyns continuously strives to meet the demands of the customer, with consideration to their legal and regulatory requirements.
Regular audits are undertaken by trained personnel to maintain and improve our quality performance. Corrective and preventive measures are implemented as appropriate.

To develop an active quality management system it is essential that objectives are set for all aspects of the business. All employees are fully trained and are expected to take responsibility for their own areas. Commitment and cooperation are encouraged.
Suppliers are required to deliver materials on time and in full, ensuring compliance with specification and maintaining quality at a competitive price.
