Christeyns' start-up of first African Subsidiary in Morocco

Christeyns group, based in Ghent, Belgium, announces the start-up of its first African subsidiary in Morocco.

A team of professionals will offer a wide range of products to their clients within the laundry, institutional and food processing market. The office is located in Casablanca, with support teams throughout Morocco's business and tourist centers.

Christeyns is a European company with significant focus on detergents and chemicals in a B-2-B environment. Founded over 60 years ago, the company has been transformed from a local Belgium business into a modern, professionally managed operation still privately owned by an entrepreneur.

The group is active in 20 European and 1 African country, and expects a turnover of 120mio Euro in 2007.
