Bradford, April 2007 - Christeyns announces the completion of the acquisition of RedRock Ltd., a specialist manufacturer of concrete admixtures and mould-release agents. The RedRock business, which was founded by Danny Kilgallon in 2004 will be merged with Christeyns' OSCRETE Admixtures division, with Mr. Kilgallon taking up the position of Operations Director for the joint business.
