Liquid soaps
Most widely used as “process integrated” chemicals are the liquid soaps.
Most important applications are the polymerisation of latex, the formulation of
liquid detergents and the de-inking for paper recycling. Our products are of a high
importance to these processes as key raw materials. That’s why they are manufactured
to the most stringent standards regarding choice of raw materials and final specifications.
These products are created using a batch process to form potassium, sodium and ammonium
soaps. Dry matter, pH and viscosity are meticulously monitored. On request of the
customer, these can be adapted to a custom-made formula.
Applications:
Active foaming agent in the gelation of natural and synthetic latex
Active ingredient of liquid detergents
Dust control agent for perlite production
De-inking agent for paper recycling
Lubricant for various applications
Mould-releasing agent for latex rubber products (e.g. mattresses)
