Chriox Peracetic Acid
Chriox peracetic acid is a highly effective bleaching agent and biocide. Driven by environmental and hygiene legislation, applications and uses are continuously increasing. Since May 2000, the marketing and use of biocides is regulated in the European Union and the product type has to be notified. Christeyns is a member of the Cefic Peracetic Acid Registration (PAR) Group that has notified peracetic acid (CAS Nr 79-21-0; EC Nr 201-186-8) as an active substance in the framework of the Biocidal Products Directive.
